The faces of their organization.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I always say that you don't work with an orgnization, you work with a person that happens to work at that company. Therefore it is a good idea to position your employees on your web site.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There might be some concerns regarding privacy which definitely have to be discussed in advance.
