"Personally engage. Period." - that should be an inspirational quote...or at least a bumper sticker! Thoughts bring about things only when you take action. You are so right. If you want a corporate position with a certain Company bad enough...you will get up and do it yourself! Great advice and thanks for the warning reminders.
