    Max, you ask interesting questions relating to this new medium. Companies tend to be risk averse with anything new, and unless individuals try them out, then the aversion remains. Flooring The Consumer is my personal business blog, although it relates closely to my work -- with my employer's support. It has been an opportunity to test the waters in a low risk way while figuring out and demonstrating how to make this medium relevant to my company. We are absolutely in new territory and before I began my 'experiment' no one thought it worth our while! Things are slowly changing, and it will be interesting to monitor it all!

    Great points Max, especially in this era where employment has a very different definition now than one or two generations ago. From the career management angle, Penelope Trunk (http://blog.penelopetrunk.com/) writes some fantastic stuff. I'm hoping that we'll soon have more than 20 blogs to choose from for the top 20 and that it won't take a generation...
