Your post touched many of us here in Canada who are at war with one of our big 3 tel companies concerning their Iphone plans. The Iphone was officially launched today but the prices and available plans are ridiculous compared to those in the US. It's gotten to the point where a big online petition has sprung up!

http://ruinediphone.com/

Keep up the great work!

Re: Want To Win Customers? I don't mean to rant, which is why I purposefully left out the
name of my horrible wireless carrier. But it just boggles the mind how badly
they treat customers. If I didn't feel I already was getting ripped off, I'd
be willing to pay a premium to a service with a good experience. But I fear
that all the carriers are the same. In other words, they all suck.

Re: Want To Win Customers? Hopefully the web, with customers expressing their frustrations and bad experiences publicly, will help make these companies more aware of their less than optimal practices.
